I've always adored the animals and flowers of Medieval French Tapestries (and later in the work of Edward Burne-Jones & William Morris), they all seem to float from the background with a buoyant and presentational charm.
Hand carved & cast in recycled bronze with antiqued, layered patinas of age. Adorned with a faceted amethyst quartz.
Pendant is @3/4 of an inch at widest, just under @1 1/2 inches long.
Strung on a pale green waxed linen cord @16 1/2 to 19 inches long with extender chain.
