MINOTAKE Square Spatula is contemporary cutlery made of bamboo. In order to create this extraordinary collection, , a  traditional bamboo company in Kyoto has collaborated with a Japanese furniture designer, Makoto Koizumi. The designer Makoto Koizumi has used the natural curvature of bamboo to create this uniquely organic shape which not only looks beautiful but also ergonomically friendly to users' hands.
